Guinea Fowl refers to a game bird similar to a pheasant, but with somewhat dry flesh. It is said that Guinea Fowl tastes like wild chicken.

Gury is a Russian dish with a whole white cabbage that is soaked in brine with red peppers and beetroots.

Gaziler Helvasi refers to a variety/kind of Halva made from semolina or flour, butter or margarine, almonds and crystal sugar. In Turkey there are diffrent kinds of Helvah or desserts made from semolina or flour; among them are: Irmik Helvasi, Un Helvasi, and Nisasta Helvasi.

Gopchang-Jeongol refers to Korean spicy beef tripe hot pot.

Gamja Buchim refers to Korea's cripsy potato pancake. It is usually served in some Korean restuarant with sesame kimchi or soy and vinegar dipping sauce as an appetizer. To make Gamja Buchim, the potatoes are grated and the juice is discarded, other shredded vegetables like young squash (or zucchini), leeks, and young peppers are added to the grated potatoes and mixed, and then pan-fried to make a crispy potato pancakes.

Gulguk also known as Gultang (??/??) refers to a Korean soup made of fresh oysters, tofu, white radish and green onions and seasoned with pickled shrimp sauce.
