Tacos Al Pastor refers to a Mexican dish of Arab influence, which appeared only in the 1960's.
Meat is roasted on a revolving skewer, shaved off and served as an open taco, often with
pineapple, and a selection of
salsas. It is a specialty of
Mexico City.
