Vintage coffee, also known as aged coffee refers to coffee that is held in warehouses for several years, sometimes deliberately, and in other times inadvertently.
Vipavski pršut (Vipava Prosciutto Ham) refers to a special kind of ham from Slovenia coated with lard and ground black pepper. It is processed until matured for a longer period of time as compared to any other hams produced in the country, which makes its meat softer and juicier.
Vipavski pršut is a high quality product from Slovenia that it is registered as Protected Designation of Origin.
