Bollillos refer to Mexican yeast bread/rolls. It is Mexico's savory, course, crusty oval white bread sometimes described as bobbin-shaped. It is made with a basic dough that is very similar to a French baguette dough.
These oblong rolls are used to make the Mexican sandwiches known as Tortas and are also eaten warm and freshly baked from the oven on their own or with a pat of butter. Next to Tortillas, Bolillos is a staple to Mexico where nearly every villiage has a bakery (panaderia ) which makes Bolillos.

Berliner refer to German doughnuts/donuts filled with marmalade or jam. It is also called Berliner Pfannkuche. It is made from yeast dough and fried in oil or fats/lard (Schmalz).
They are usually topped with icing (Zuckerguss ), regular sugar (Zucker) or confectioner's sugar (Puderzucker/Staubzucker)

Bauernfrühstück is the German word which literally means "farmers' breakfast". It refers to a hearty breakfast that usually consists of bacon (speck) or ham, fried potatoes, onion and scrambled eggs.
Bauer means farmer and frühstück means breakfast. It is popular in Bavaria , as well as in other German states.
