Burrida de Ratjada refers to boiled skate seasoned with ground almonds. It is an Ibizan specialty fish dish made of skate with sauce that usually contained crushed toast and ground almonds. Garlic is usually added to the sauce.

Burrida de Ratjada is also known as Borrida de Rajada.

- Börek çi / Borekci :

Börekçi refers to Turkey's small pastry shop with only few of chairs and tables which offers Borek and cold and hot beverages and drinks like tea and coffee.

Most of these Borekci are also selling Pide, a Pita-like baked dough with the same fillings like that of Börek.

Baati refers to one of India's common bread (bun), specifically from Rajasthan. Baati also sometimes spelled Baalti are bread made from wheat, Sooji (semolina), ghee, spice, and other desires ingredients. Baati are traditionally roasted in an open charcoal fire and eaten by dipping them into thick Dal which are made from different varieties of lentils. Dal Baati is one of the most famous foods from Rajasthan.

- Buos / Abuus :

Buos also called Abuos/Abuus refers to one of Ilocano's exotic delicacies. Buos refer to "Ants Eggs". These pale white colored "Ants eggs" are the eggs of large species of winged ants / fire ants that are collected or harvested from their nests which are hidden in the mountains and forests areas of Ilocos durung summer months.

Begedil is a Malay name for potato cutlet or potato patties. It is made from a mixture of mashed potatoes, eggs, finely chopped onions and carrots, and green peas, and salt and pepper to taste. Other spices can also be added as desired, like turmeric powder.

Begedil is one of the popular snacks sold by street hawkers or food courts in Malaysia and Singapore. It can also be served as a side dish or can be eaten as is as a meal.

Personal Note: Has some similarity with Germany's Reibekuchen (potato fritters. The only difference is that Begedil is made with cooked potatoes and with additional ingredients, while Reibekuchen uses grated raw potatoes as a main ingredient.
