Churchkhela refer to Georgia's brown rubbery truncheons made from strings of walnuts dipped in Tatara and dried. Churchkhela are sometimes referred to as "Georgian Snickers", a popular brand of chocolate. The strings are not edible though. Georgia is a small country in the Caucasus, surrounded on the north by Russia, on the east by Azerbaijan, on the south by Armenia and Turkey, and on the west by the Black Sea.
Chvishtari refers to Georgia's cheese corn bread, particularly from Svaneto. Chvishtari is the Svanetian version of Mchadi with cheese. Chachinda is the Indian term for "Snake Gourd", a kind of vegetable. Chachinda is also called Chirchira, Chundakka, Padaval, Padavallanga in other Indian languages.

Coconut rice is usually garnished with fried pieces of cashew nut and served hot with different kinds of curries.
