Moddizzosu

Moddizzosu refers to an oval shaped loaf of soft bread. It is usually prepared entirely from hard wheat bran, but in some places it is prepared with the addition of fresh ricotta cheese. It is a bread known in Nuoro, one of the 7 Regions of Sardinia
