Patlican Ve Kabak Kizartma refers to a Turkish dish made of fried aubergine and fried zucchini mixed together and seasoned to taste. This dish is usually served as an appetizir and best eaten with Pide. This is one of my favorite vegetarian dish from Turkey, who can go wrong with eggplant and zucchini fried in olive oil.
