Börek is a thin, flaky and filled pastries which is available in different varieties based on shapes, filling and cooking method.

Börekçi / Borekci

- Börek çi / Borekci :

Börekçi refers to Turkey's small pastry shop with only few of chairs and tables which offers Borek and cold and hot beverages and drinks like tea and coffee.

Most of these Borekci are also selling Pide, a Pita-like baked dough with the same fillings like that of Börek.

Bori

Bori is Korean word for Barley. Wholegrain barley or split barley called Halmaek in Korean cooking. Bori can be mixed with rice to make barley rice, as in Boribap (rice and barley with vegetables ) and Jakobap (mixed grain rice)

Boricha is Korean for Barley tea. Barley is barley is first roasted and cooked in water. It can be served both hot and cold. Boricha is one of the most common beverages found in Korean homes and restaurants and is usually served instead of water Bori is the Korean word for barley.

Boriotti

Boriotti refers to Italian fat, pulpy medium-sized beans, light brown in color, speckled with darker brown. The nearest US equivalent is cranberry or pinto beans.
