Pawpaw Poke refers to a dish from Cook Islands which is made of pawpaw fruit, arrowroot powder, sugar and coconut cream. The seeds of the Pawpaw fruit are peeled and removed, then boiled until tender. Mix all ingrediants, and bake at 400 degrees F for 1-2 hours.
