Ayam Benet literally means "smashed chicken" is actually referring to one of the most famous dishes in the sultanate of Brunei which consists of a soup then a bowl of rice and some vegetables along with a quarter or a half of a chicken seasoned with lot of herbs and spices to add a very nice flavor to it. It comes out spicy and crunchy.

Allspice Berry refers to a dried berry of the Pimenta dioica which is sometimes called Jamaican pepper.

Australian Blood Lime is a hybrid between Citrus australasica var. sanguinea (the red finger lime) and the Rangpur lime (Citrus x limonia).

Arroz con Coco refers to Colmbia's very sweet dish of rice cooked in coconut milk, is a particular favorite dessert among the Colombians

Abenkwan refers to palm nut/oil soup/stew which is made, prepared or cooked from the pulp of pounded boiled palm fruits cooked with fresh or smoked fish or meat, varieties of vegetable like,okra, tomatoes, eggplant, onions and condiments or spices into a thick broth. Abenkwan is a traditional Ghanain soup that is very rich in minerals, vitamin A, and natural oils which is traditionally and mostly served with a Fufu, but can also be served with number of side dishes, such as Banku, Kenkey, rice, cooked plantains, yams, etc.

Ampesi refers to a Ghanian meal of either boiled/cooked sliced yam/plantain/cocoyam/cassava or a mix of any two (2) or all of them served with stew/gravy/Kontomire or thick palm-nut soup.
