Chamnamul-saengchae (Chamnamul Fresh Vegetable Salad)
Chamnamul-saengchae is a salad dish made of fresh Chamnamul (wild greens) and seasonings. "Cham" means true and Chamnamul means "true namul ".
Chamnamul has a unique taste and flavor and is served as a raw salad or leaves for stuffing. In the northern part of Korea, people make Kimchi with Chamnamul as a specialty dish.
Chamorro Cuisine is another name for the Cuisine of Guam, the southernmost island in the Mariana Islands chain. The Chamorro people and their language are indigenous throughout the archipelago.
Champ refers to Irish food which consists of chopped spring onions blended with mashed potatoes, milk and butter while seasoned to taste with pepper and salt. The dish is one of simplicity and rather inexpensive to make.
Likewise, Champ refers to one of Irish favorite foos of mashed potatoes served with a pool of melted butter. Each spoonful of Champ is dipped in the butter.
Champignon is a French term for mushroom
Champorado refers to the Philippines famous rice porridge with cocoa or it simply refers to chocolate porridge. It is made from boiled glutinous rice mixed with cocoa, milk and sugar. It can be served as breakfast food paired with the salty Tuyo (dried fish) and also as snacks.
It is a "must have" breakfast item during cold and rainy season much like all other savory rice porridge, such as Arroz Caldo and Goto.
