Palinca refers to Romania's strongest alcoholic drink which contains 60% pure alcohol, stronger than the popular Tuica, with only 40% alcohol content. Many Romanians living in rural areas produce these two (2) alcohol drinks by themselves at home, but there are also plenty of companies that have such drinks in their product portfolio.

Pytt i Panna refers to one of Sweden's favorite dish. Pytt i Panna is a hash of fried diced meat, onions and potatoes served with fried eggs and slices of pickled red beets.

Pulykamell refers to a delicious Hungarian meat dish made from turkey breast roasted with various fruits and/or sauces.

Parenica refers to a traditional Slovak semi soft, unripe, steamed sheep cheese with a very delicate taste. Parenica is characterized by its shape - a twisted ribbon. It has cream or cheese color. After smoking the surface has gold color.

Pivnica or beer halls refer to the type of Slovakian restaurants/eateries offering reasonable prices typical Slovakian dishes/foods.

Praženica, which is basically scrambled eggs seasoned with whatever else is to hand, such as onions, peppers or salami. Is one of the breakfast dish offered on Slovakian menus Hemendex is also a famous breakfast menu which consist of ham and eggs.,
