Telebhaja is a Bangladesh word which literally means "fried in oil", refers to general culinary term which denotes any of the several vegetables dipped in batter, fried in oil and served as a savory snack or with rice.

Taino words are still in use in Dominican Republic and throughout the World. The Taino Indians were some of the original habitants of the island of Hispanola. When the Spanish came they adopted many of the indigenous peoples words into their vocabulary. Many of these words are still used throughout the world today.

Tsamarella refers to one of the authentic and traditional meat products from Cyprus made by de-boned goat’s meat which is cut initially in large pieces, salted and then left to dry in the sun. Once dried, it is then washed and sprinkled with dry oregano whose antibacterial action acts as a natural preserving agent and at the same time gives the meat an extremely tasty flavor. Tsamarella is served in the same way as Hiromeri. Likewise, Tsamarella is a very popular traditional meat delicacy. It is made of large pieces of goat meat slit with a sharp knife and salted. The pieces are then pressed under heavy weights and hung in the sun to dry for approximately 10 days. The meat is then dipped in hot water, seasoned with dried oregano and dried in the sun for another day. Tsamarella is served as a snack and is ideal with Zivania.

Tamiyya is another name of Falafel in Greece. Tamiyya is one of the common Greek dishes which is made from crushed fava beans mixed with onions and leeks and fried in oil. Tamiyya is cooked at home, but can also be found and sold is stalls along the cities as street food.

Ti’ Punch refers to a traditional aperitif or a sweet drink of the French Guiana made with little lime, sugar cane syrup and rum usually accompanied by cod rolls and black pudding. It is one of the national drinks of the French Guiana.

Tassot de Dinde refers to "dried turkey", one of the national specialties of Haiti.
