Tamatiebredie or Tamatie Bredie refers to the most popular and traditional variety of Bredie or stew in South Africa which is made of tomatoes and lamb. Tamatiebredie which literally means "tomato stew" is actually is actually a lamb-tomato stew. Tamatiebredie is cooked very slowly, coupling rich, fatty meat such as mutton with tomatoes. Tomatobredie, normally made with mutton, is cooked for a very long time, and its seasonings include cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and cloves as well as chilli. Bredie is the Afrikaans term for a stew which is usually mutton-based and served with rice. The most popular is Tamatiebredie and the most unusual is Waterblommetjiebredie. Tamatiebredie is also known as Tomatie Bredie.

Tausi refers to salted soybeans which is used in cooking some Filipino dishes. My mother used to make Bangus with Tausi, is is made from fried Bangus and then stewed with Tausi

Tosilog refers to the Philippines' famous food combination made of Tocino (pork marinated in red sauce for TO of TOsilog), sinangag (fried rice for SI of ToSIlog) at itlog (fried egg for LOG of TosiLOG). Tosilog is usually eaten as breakfast food, but can also be eaten for lunch, dinner or snacks. Tosilog is one of the famous new type of food combinations which is now part of the Philippine cuisine.

Tallimestarin Kiisseli is the Finnish term which literally means "the stablemaster's fruit compote" actually refers to Finland's special dessert made from a mixture of slightly sweetened rasperries and red currants which is served with a whipped cream and jelly over toasted pound cake

Tench refers to a small dark-skinned freshwater fish, Tinca tinca, of the carp family found in European rivers. Tench has rather a muddy flavor and is generally soaked in salted water for several hours before frying or grilling.
