Besugo is one kind of fishes found in the Canary Islands. It is similar to bream and snapper. Besugo are usually grilled and served with Papas Arrugadas and Mojos.

Baante refers to the special curry of the Kumaoni which is made with small pieces of radish cooked with yogurt, gram flour and various herbs and spices, like cumin and turmeric seeds, green chilis, and coriander. Baante is best served with rice.
