Banku/Akple refers to one of the most delicious dishes from Ghana. Banku/Akple is made from corn dough which is cooked and then fermented. Sometimes cassava dough is also used. It is bottled in Fecamp located in the Normandy region of France.. B & B is also the abbreviation for bed and breakfast, a type of inn offering bed with often free breakfast.

Base Nyebe refers to Gambia's thick and richly flavoured stew made of beef with beans and other vegetables. Base Nyebe is usually served with "Chere”, which is steamed millet flour balls.
