Cha Que is a Vietnames type of Cha prepared with cinnamon. Cha refers to a Vietnames pork paste fried in fat or broiled over hot coals.
Chao Tom refers to grilled sugar cane rolled in spiced shrimp paste. It is one of the foods from Vietnam.
Cahn Kho Hoa refers to a Vietnamese bitter soup said to be especially good for the health of people who have spent a lot of time in or under the sun.
