Wazwan refers to Kashmiri banquet; the delectable aromatic banquet of Kashmir. Wazwan consists of 36 course meal, essentially, meat-based prepared by Wazas (cooks) under the supervision of Vasta Waza, the Master Chef.

Waterblommetjiebredie refers to a unique South African dish which is a stew made with Waterblommetjies or Water Lillies, Sorrel and mutton. These water lillies are found in the southern part of the Cape province from about the months of May to November.

Waterblommetjiebredie is said to have a combined salty, savory and slightly sour taste brought about by mixing the water lillies, mutton and Sorrel in one dish.
