Aquila also known as L'Aquila is a province and capital of Abruzzo located in central eastern Italy
Ar-arosep refers to edible green seaweeds that looks like very tiny green grapes. Fresh from the market, it should be washed thoroughly, and then it can be made into a salad by just adding sliced tomatoes and onions.
Personal Note: This is a very delicious seaweeds that I have ever tasted in my life that never taste sea at all. If available, I love to have it as salad. This is God's wonderful creation. It looks so beautiful and tasting so good.
Ar-da-laut-Oot means Arrowroot in Myanmar (Burmese).
