Fritot is the French for small organ meat fritter, where meat is partially cooked, then marinated in oil, lemon juice, and herbs, dipped in batter and fried just before serving. Fritot can also refer to any small fried piece of meat or fish.
Forshmak refers to a Russian dish which originated from German word that means "foretaste”. Forshmak is hot appetizer from salted herring and mashed potatoes.
Fry Goromo refers to a batter for frying cutlet. Ingriedents for Goromo are flour, egg and then bread crumbs. The ingredient should be lightly covered with batter . Goromo is also known as Koromo which is actually flour mixed with eggs and water; a batter Goromo is usually used in making Tempura.

- Food Trivia: Mojos of Canary Islands : The cooks of the Canary Islands are famous for their Mojos whichs means "Sauces or Dips". Mojos from the Canary Islands of Spain come in different varieties. The bear the same as the Mojos of Latin America, however they are completey different from one another. Canary Islands' Mojos are made with olive oil, vinegar, garlic, dried and crushed red pepper or green peppers, cilantro, parsley and other ingredients, depending on the dish they are to be served. They are always served as side dishes for dipping Papas Arrugadas, fish or meat. Red-colored Mojos are usually paired with meats and potatoes, while the Green-colored Mojos are paied with fish dishes. Canary Islands of Spain consists of seven (7) larger islands (Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote, Tenerife, La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro) and a few smaller ones (Alegranza, Graciosa, Montaña Clara, Roque del Este, Roque del Oeste and Lobos).
