Koufeta refers to Greek's candy coated almonds which are are served to the wedding guests as the wedding reception party favors.

Kilju refers to Finland's traditional home-made drink that consists maily of water, sugar, and yeast. Kilju is sometimes referred to as a weaker version of a typical Finnish Moonshine, called Pontikka. Kilju is made from fermented fruits and berries which can also be replaced by orange juice. Its taste can be compared to home-made fruity wines or Beaujolais Nouveau.

Kroketten/ Croquetten refers to fried croquettes sold all over the Netherlands which are made of dough with meat, cheese, prawns or potatoes and then deep-fried. Croquetten are best eaten when they are still piping hot or straight from the frying pan. Croquetten are usually served with a mustard.

Katumbal is the Ilonggo term for "Siling Labuyo" or hot chili peppers.

Kubbah refers to Saudi Arabian food made from a mixture of ground lamb, fine burghul and grated onion pounded to a paste and served raw or cooked in a number of ways.

Kelapa Parut is the Malay term for "Grated Coconut". Grated coconut is used as accompaniment to desserts, like Putu Paring which must be eaten with grated coconut all the time.
