Trinxat refers to Andorran dish made of boiled potatoes and cabbage which is served as a main dish; a potato and cabbage cake. It is a hearty mash of potatoes and cabbage fried in a skillet and sometimes served with garnished with fat back or smoky bacon. It is very similar to Spanish Torta. It considered as winter dish and was traditionally eaten by the people living in the mountains. Trinxat is considered as the national dish of Andorra.

Trinxat is also known as Trinxat de la Cerdanya. In Catalan language, Trinxat means chopped or shredded.

Andorra is a tiny principality hidden between France and Spain. Catalan is their official language, but Spanish and French are also spoken in the country.

Trey Ahng refers to "grilled fish" in Khmer. It is one of Cambodian specialities. Various kinds or varieties of freshwater fishes are eaten in the country and come from the Tonle Sap Lake or the Mekong River

In Khmer, Ahng means "grilled", a generic term that can be applied to many dishes which is cooked by grilling. Traditionally, the fish is eaten as pieces wrapped in lettuce or spinach leaves and then dipped into Teuk Trey, a fish sauce which is somewhat similar to Vietnam’s Nuoc Mam, but with the addition of ground peanuts.

Tinapsilog refers to a one-dish meal from the Philippines which includes Tinapa (smoked fish), Sinangag (Fried rice) and Pritong Itlog (fried egg ). Tinapsilog is coined from the three (3) foods that composed the dish : TINAP from the word TINAPa; SI from SInangag and LOG from the word ItLOG. This one-dish mean fad started in the 20‘s when many small food shops offering this kind of meal spruced up around many big cities in the Philippines and the business boomed as this one-dish meal is quite cheap considering that it includes rice, egg and fish, a very convenient food.

Tinapa refers to smoked fish; generally made of fish prepared/cooked through smoking, one of the traditional food from the Philippines which is served mosty at breakfast with fried rice called Sinangag, but is also served during lunch and even dinner time together with a sauce (sawsawan ) made of spiced vinegar (vinegar with garlic and chili peppers) or calamansi juice (a Philippine version of lime) or a combination of chopped tomatoes and onions.
