Ginisa or Guinisa refers to any vegetable, meat or fish which is "sauteed" or "stir-fried". Ginisa is the easiest way how to prepare Filipino dishes, using the basic ingredient for sauteeing : tomatoes, garlic and onions. Ginisang Munggo, Ginisang Ampalaya, Ginisang Talong, Ginisang Upo, Ginisang Kalabasa, Ginising Sitaw are some of the many Ginisa dishes from the Philippines.
Gutbürgerliche Küche is the German term which means "Traditional Cooking" or "Traditional Cuisine".

Gyümölcs Leves refers to Hungarian cold fruit soup which can be made from sour cherry, peaches, or apricots. Gyümölcs Leves is often only served in summertime, making it an excellent refreshing way to start a meal. Example of Gyümölcs Leves is Meggy Leves or Sour Cherry Soup. Gyümölcs is pronounced "dge-mule-ch". Gyümölcs is Hungarian word for "Fruits".

Guvetch refers to a Bulgarian dish similar to Italy's ratatouille which is made from stewing in sunflower oil varieties of vegetables, like green, yellow and red sweet pepper, zucchini, aubergines, green beans, tomatoes, onion, garlic, chili and seasoning and spices. Guvetch is often served with rice or pasta. The native Guvetch is a mainstay of Bulgarian cuisine, promoted by Bulgarian restaurants. It is a selaed casserole containing a variety of vegetables and may or may not contain meat.
