Simit refers to a Turkish bread; a ring of chewy bread coated with toasted sesame seeds; sesame-covered bread rings. Simit is considered as one of the most popular Turkish street foods.

Suflaqe is the name of Doner Kebab in central Albania and Pita in the south. It is served either in a circular piece of Unleavened bread or in a hotdog roll, topped with salad, chips and tomato ketchup or mustard.

Sai Ua refers to a specialty sausage from the North of Thailand which is made from the Blend of ground pork with dried chilies, garlic, shallots and lemon-grass to produce a spicy red sausage.

Seco de Pollo refers to one of the traditional Ecuadorian dishes; a chicken stew accompanied by rice and avocado slices.

Seco de Chivo refers to a goat stew served with a mound of rice. It is one of the traditional foods from Ecuador.

Surströmming means "fermented Baltic herring". A special delicacy from Sweden. They are sold in cans. Not many people likes the taste of fermented fish, but most people from the North of Sweden are the great fans of this particular Swedish delicacy. Surströmming is served with boiled potatoes and onions and usually rolled into a slice of Tunnbröd, a type of thin, flat unleavened bread.
